Cireng Crispy (renyah di luar, kenyal di dalam)

Bahan:

150 gr tepung tapioka

2 sdm tepung terigu

3 siung bawang putih, haluskan

1 batang daun bawang, iris halus

1 sdt garam

½ sdt kaldu bubuk

¼ sdt lada

200 ml air panas mendidih

Minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

Campur tapioka, terigu, bawang putih, garam, kaldu, lada, dan daun bawang.

Tuang air panas sedikit-sedikit, aduk cepat pakai sendok sampai adonan menggumpal.

Saat agak hangat, uleni ringan (jangan terlalu lama supaya tidak keras).

Ambil adonan, pipihkan tipis sesuai selera.

Goreng di minyak panas api sedang.

Goreng sampai mengembang dan kering keemasan.

Angkat dan tiriskan.

Tips Supaya Crispy:

Gunakan air benar-benar panas.

Jangan terlalu banyak menguleni.

Goreng saat minyak sudah panas, jangan dibolak-balik terlalu sering.

Sambal Rujak Cireng (opsional):

Cabai rawit rebus

Bawang putih

Gula merah

Asam jawa

Garam
