Bahan

2 butir telur

7 sdm gula pasir

10 sdm tepung terigu

1 sdt SP (pelembut kue, boleh tidak pakai)

10 sdm santan

½ sdt pasta pandan / air pandan

Sejumput garam

1 genggam kelapa parut (beri sedikit garam)

Cara membuat

🍀 Kukus kelapa parut sekitar 5–10 menit supaya tidak cepat basi.

🍀Kocok telur, gula, dan SP sampai kental dan pucat.

🍀Masukkan tepung terigu sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk.

Tambahkan santan, garam, dan pandan, aduk sampai rata.

🍀Masukkan kelapa parut ke dasar cetakan putu ayu.

Tuang adonan di atasnya sampai hampir penuh.

Kukus selama 15 menit dengan api sedang.

Angkat, tunggu agak hangat lalu keluarkan dari cetakan.

Olesi cetakan dengan sedikit minyak.

Tutup kukusan dilap kain supaya air tidak menetes ke kue.

Jangan buka tutup kukusan sebelum 15 menit
