These small visual cues serve as little reminders of positivity and warmth, which can be especially helpful on stressful days. I've also started dedicating a section in my planner to gratitude or daily highlights, which I decorate with sunny colors, reinforcing a habit of focusing on good things. In terms of practical tips, consider planning bright and uplifting activities like outdoor walks or creative breaks for tasks. These not only complement the sunny aesthetic but also help boost your overall wellbeing.
