All about me 🥰✨

Falling in love with the woman I’m becoming—stronger, wiser, and done settling. The gym is my therapy, my growth is my priority, and my self-love is non-negotiable. When you level up, the games stop. ✨

... Read moreIt's incredible how a short phrase can capture such a profound journey, isn't it? That feeling of 'falling in love with the woman I'm becoming' truly resonates with me. It’s not just about reaching a destination, but embracing every step of the process. For anyone else on a similar path of personal development, let me share a bit more about what's helped me truly create a wonderful, fulfilling life. Beyond the gym being my therapy – which it absolutely is, for both my body and mind – I've discovered that self-love is a multi-faceted practice. It's about setting boundaries, saying no to things that drain your energy, and actively seeking out what nourishes your soul. For me, that means dedicating time to creative pursuits, connecting with inspiring people, and making sure my environment supports my growth. It’s about recognizing that you are your own greatest project, and every effort you put into yourself yields incredible returns. One of the biggest shifts for me was understanding that 'leveling up' isn't a one-time event; it's a continuous commitment. There will be days when motivation wanes, or external challenges feel overwhelming. This is where the power of learning to reset and refocus comes in. I've learned to forgive myself for off-days, take a deep breath, and consciously choose to redirect my energy. Sometimes it’s a mental reset, a quick meditation, or even just stepping away from my phone for an hour. Other times, it means completely re-evaluating my goals and making adjustments, knowing that it's okay to change course as many times as you need. It's all part of the journey to create wonderful personal development. Practical steps I've integrated into my own routine to foster this continuous personal development include: Mindful Movement: While the gym is great, incorporating daily walks, yoga, or dancing can also be incredibly therapeutic and help clear your head. Journaling for Clarity: Regularly writing down my thoughts, fears, and aspirations helps me process emotions and identify areas where I want to grow. It’s like having a personal coach on paper. Learning & Growth: Whether it's reading a new book, taking an online course, or listening to podcasts, constantly feeding my mind with new ideas keeps me engaged and evolving. Celebrating Small Wins: Acknowledge every little step forward, not just the big milestones. This keeps your motivation high and reinforces the positive changes you're making. Building a Supportive Circle: Surround yourself with people who uplift you and cheer you on. Their energy is contagious and incredibly valuable on your journey. Remember, your journey of self-discovery and growth is uniquely yours. There’s no single right way, just your way. Keep nurturing that spirit, keep showing up for yourself, and keep building the wonderful life you deserve.

This app is about to be deleted from my phone.
I came here for the girls and instead all I’ve gotten is 100’s of men commenting gross things on my posts. This was supposed to be a safe space and I’m honestly about to delete the account and app. #whyideleted #accountdeleted #menaregross #notallmen #unfiltered
