As I’m entering the year with my new ADHD diagnosis at 42, my main goal is to get this under control without using an addicting medication. My only other goals would be to get the surgeon to do my next fusion, and to prevent hurting my back more in the meantime. #my2024 #2025goals #lemon8conte

The only thing I’m gonna touch on is this, we lost my grandmother this year a few weeks after she had a fall. This time was different than any of the others, and we all knew it, but none of us wanted to have to admit it. Our family has lost entirely too many people since the beginning of the covid
