ถ้าใครกำลังหา “โดนัทสันติธรรม” แบบชิ้นใหญ่ ราคาไม่แรง แต่คุณภาพดีเกินคาด เราว่า Bao Bao Homemade Donuts - Santitham สาขาสันติธรรม เป็นอีกร้านที่ควรปักหมุดไว้เลยค่ะ จุดที่ทำให้เราประทับใจคือแป้งโดนัทแนว Classic & Soft คือเนื้อนุ่มจริง ไม่แห้ง ไม่ฟีบ และไส้ให้มาแบบหน้าแน่นๆ กัดไปคือเจอไส้ทันที รอบที่เราไป เราลองทั้งแบบชิมหน้าร้านและหิ้วกลับบ้านเพิ่ม (Unbox แบบ 7 รสชาติคือจุกมาก) สิ่งที่สังเกตคือโดนัทที่เป็นสาย “Crunchy” อย่างพวกเคลือบช็อก/ท็อปปิ้งกรุบๆ จะให้ฟีลเข้มและมันกว่า กินคู่กาแฟดำคือเข้ากัน ส่วนสาย “Sweet & Salty” เช่น Salted Caramel จะช่วยตัดเลี่ยนได้ดี ใครกลัวหวานเกินแนะนำเริ่มจากกลุ่มนี้ก่อน รสที่เหมาะกับมือใหม่/คนชอบหวานน้อย: Lemon Curd จะให้ความเปรี้ยวสดชื่นแบบมีบาลานซ์ กินแล้วไม่หนักท้อง ส่วน Matcha จะหอมชาและรสค่อนข้างชัด เหมาะกับคนชอบมัทฉะแบบจริงจัง ถ้าอยากได้ความคลาสสิกกินเพลินๆ Original Glaze หรือ Sugar คือปลอดภัยสุด และถ้าชอบนัวๆ กลิ่นนมเด่น แนะนำ Hokkaido Milk / Hokkaido Milk Powder เป็นตัวที่เราหยิบซ้ำง่ายมาก หลายคนถามว่าหิ้วกลับแล้วอร่อยเหมือนเดิมไหม สำหรับเราคือ “แป้งยังนุ่ม” แม้กลับไปกินที่ห้อง ไส้ยังแน่นเหมือนตอนซื้อหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ เคล็ดลับเล็กๆ คือถ้าซื้อไว้หลายชิ้น ให้แยกชิ้นที่มีท็อปปิ้งกรุบๆ ไว้ต่างหาก จะช่วยให้หน้ากรอบไม่ชื้นเร็ว และถ้าจะอุ่น แนะนำอุ่นแป๊บเดียวให้พออุ่น (อย่าอุ่นนาน) จะได้ไม่ทำให้ไส้ไหลจนเละ เรื่องบรรยากาศสาขาสันติธรรมคือมินิมอล แอร์เย็น นั่งชิลได้จริง เหมาะทั้งมานั่งทำงาน อ่านหนังสือ หรือแวะซื้อกลับแบบไวๆ ใครกำลังเล็งพิกัดโดนัทแถวสันติธรรม ลองเริ่มจากร้านนี้ได้เลยค่ะ ราคาเริ่ม 30 บาทแต่ความอิ่มคือเกินราคาแน่นอน
