ちなみに「the answer オイル」を探している人向けに、私が髪のうねり対策で“オイルを使うときに気をつけてること”も追記します。 まず、雨の日に髪が広がるタイプは「オイルを多め＝落ち着く」と思いがちなんですが、つけすぎるとベタつきやすかったり、逆に束っぽくなって湿気で崩れやすいことがありました。私の場合は、オイルは“スタイリングの仕上げに少量”がいちばん扱いやすいです。 使う順番のおすすめは、 1）お風呂上がり：タオルドライ→（必要なら）ミルク or 軽めのアウトバス 2）ドライヤーでしっかり乾かす（ここ大事） 3）最後にオイルを毛先中心にうすーく という流れ。特に湿気が多い日は「半乾き」がうねりの原因になりやすいので、根元〜内側までちゃんと乾かすだけで翌朝の爆発が減りました。 オイルのつけ方は、手のひらに広げて“指の間までなじませてから”毛先→表面の順で。いきなり表面に乗せると、ペタッとして見えたり、前髪が割れたりしやすいです。量の目安は、私の肩〜鎖骨くらいの長さで1プッシュ未満から様子見（足りなければ0.5プッシュ足す）にしています。 あと、シャンプー・トリートメントで「まとまりの土台」を作っておくと、オイルに頼りすぎなくて済むのも実感ポイント。今回紹介したTHE ANSWER シーズナルケアSSみたいに、うねり・広がり・ベタつきが出やすい季節向けの処方（マンニトール配合など）＋“塗り洗い”でケア成分を行き渡らせるタイプだと、仕上げのオイルはほんと少量でOKになりやすいです。 もし「the answer オイル」を買うか迷ってるなら、チェックしてほしいのはこの3つ。 ・仕上がりの重さ（細毛なら重すぎないか） ・香り（毎日使うので意外と重要） ・つけた直後の手触りより、数時間後のベタつき 私は店頭テスターがあれば、手の甲に薄く伸ばして“少し時間を置いてから”サラッとしてるかを見ます。 湿気の時期は、①乾かし切る＋②オイルは少量＋③土台ケア（シャンプー＆トリートメント）を意識するだけで、うねりストレスがかなりラクになりました。春夏のヘアケア選びの参考になれば！
