What I ate today in a calorie deficit 1/26
Today’s weigh in- not a shocker from yesterday’s food but I went up 2.6 lbs 🤯🤯🤯🤯 I knew I would be up but didn’t think it would be that much. I’m hoping majority of it is water weight but we shall see.
Breakfast- cereal bar and premier protein shake
Lunch- prime bite brownie
Dinner- garlic Parmesan chicken Alfredo
Dessert- I ate half of this mini cookies n cream loaf cake. (So freakin’ good)
