Protein bombs

I’ve seen these all over being called different things.

We call them protein bombs 💣

Ingredients: 1 pound of sausage (your choice of type, we used deer)

1/2 cup bacon bits

2cups pancake mix

1 1/2 cups milk

Shredded cheese( use as much as you like)

Maple syrup

Detailed Steps: brown the sausage, drain and set aside

Pour everything into a mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

Pour into greased or lined muffin pans

Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until browned on top

I always make sure to stick a knife or something in them to make sure they are done. ✅

And that’s it! They are PACKED protein and make great on the go breakfasts. You can drizzle them with maple syrup or eat alone.
