2024 life lessons 💕
Patience is something that’s not easy to learn; you must go through trials and tests to strengthen it. It’s something many people struggle with and almost nobody quite achieves. One thing in this lift has tested and improved my patience more than any other: motherhood. It’s hard, it’s tiring, many days I wonder if I’m even capable of going on. The truth is that it has its ups and downs; it is always fulfilling, but also many times it is draining and despair-driving. I love my child more than this life, but it’s still hard - and that’s okay. Parenting is hard. If it isn’t, you’re not doing it right.
