🍋 Let’s Talk Temu Tarot Cards 🍋
Other day I bought the OG deck of the Everyday Witch Tarot & I also have the Temu version of it. I invested in the OG deck because I notice the Queen of ⚔️ card is mispelled on the Temu version but I can still get accurate readings from the deck. The OG deck has no errors in spelling. I mean for $31 it better not 😅
But the size of the cards is definitely a game changer
I ordered other decks from Temu & this is the first one I noticed misspelling

When choosing a tarot deck, many people prioritize not only the art and symbolism but also the quality and accuracy of the cards. The Everyday Witch Tarot is beloved for its charming illustrations and modern vibe, but as shared, the Temu version of this deck features a notable spelling error on the "Queen of Swords" card, misspelled as "Queen of Sords." While this mistake does not seem to hinder the deck’s functionality for readings, it is something to consider if you value precise details in your decks. Aside from the spelling issue, the size of tarot cards plays an important role in user experience. Smaller cards, like those sometimes found in budget-friendly decks such as Temu’s, can be easier to shuffle and more portable, but may also make the intricate artwork harder to appreciate. Conversely, the original decks usually offer standard-sized cards that provide a better visual and tactile feel, enhancing the reading ritual itself. Investing in an original or official tarot deck often guarantees fewer production errors, such as misspellings or misprints, and supports the artists and creators behind the work. However, the budget-friendly alternatives from platforms like Temu make tarot more accessible and allow beginners to explore tarot reading without a hefty upfront cost. For those serious about tarot practice or collecting, it's advised to check reviews and compare versions before purchasing. Pay attention to the printing quality, card stock, and any reported errors. The Everyday Witch Tarot is a great example where the original offers flawless text and traditional dimensions, while affordable versions may come with minor flaws but still deliver meaningful insights during readings. Ultimately, whether you choose the OG deck or the Temu version depends on your preferences for quality, budget, and how much you value perfection versus practicality in a tarot deck. Many readers find that even with small errors, decks can still carry powerful energy and serve as effective tools for reflection and guidance.
