Setting some goals for myself to journal and read the word every night! After years of a traumatic relationship I am currently trying to heal. It’s been so hard but daily it’s getting better. Any advice for podcasts or books to help with trauma would be so helpful. I live this community

Sometimes a nice evening stroll really clears your mind! The roar of the river and the beautiful sky has me appreciating the life God has given me. The 2nd chance at happiness. And I am choosing to make everyday worth it 🫶

Working on myself for myself. Letting go of past traumas and letting go of the things that hold me back. It’s not gonna be an easy journey but it will be worth it!
