I have been so busy keeping myself busy because so much is going on mentally. I know if I let myself think for one moment I’m going to go insane. I have been training at work so that keeps me busy for 5 days for at least 9-10 hours and then babysitting even though it’s wayyyy out of my comfort zone but again, it keeps me busy and then ordering a shit ton of things I don’t need. I need to zen myself out but it’s been so long I can’t remember how or how to put myself into that mindset again. I know I need therapy and it’s taking me forever to get out of my head to allow myself to accept it.
