Some of the best burgers I've had in my life: Woodfire in JB, La Bonne Vache in DC, and now, WILD/FIRE in SG. I don't trust any burger with a dry, obviously store-bought bun, so thank the sky that each of these burgers come with the most incredible buttery pillowy soft brioche to encase the juicy patty and assorted fillings.
I am a cheese fiend so I love the blend of cheeses you get with each beef burger. And you may call me basic but if there's one side you should never skimp on, it's their Umami Fries, which, true to the name, make me say OOO MUMMY 😩🥵 Reminds me of McD's seaweed shaker fries, except more atas, of course.
Unfortunately their fried chicken was a let down but I trust the recipe will be improved. Prices here are pretty standard for a semi-upscale casual establishment, a bit on the higher side but worth it for the quality!

What really stood out to me was the buttery brioche bun — it wasn’t just soft, it was pillowy and almost melting in your mouth, perfectly complementing the juicy beef patty and the rich five-cheese melt. What I found intriguing was their signature Umami Fries, which I initially underestimated because they’re literally just fries. But these battered fries are seasoned with such precision and umami-packed flavor that you don’t even miss ketchup. They reminded me in a more refined way of McDonald's seaweed shaker fries but came with that elevated twist that made every bite addictive. While the fried chicken didn’t impress me — I found the batter texture crumbly and the flavor lacking — I believe it’s a recipe that can be tweaked and improved over time. On the other hand, the adventurous caviar olive oil ice cream dessert was a unique experience. The combination of cold vanilla gelato with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of caviar is surprisingly harmonious — a reminder that sometimes blending savory and sweet can create unexpected magic. Although the intense coldness of the gelato slightly numbed the subtlety of the caviar, the dish was still worth trying at least once for its creativity. Price-wise, WILD/FIRE leans towards the higher end of casual dining, with burgers priced around $21 and desserts even more, but the quality justifies the cost in my opinion. It’s a perfect spot if you’re looking to indulge in some gourmet comfort food with a twist and don’t mind spending a bit more for an elevated burger outing. From my personal experience, the key to a memorable burger lies in its freshness and the careful balance of ingredients. WILD/FIRE nailed this balance, especially for cheese lovers like me. If you’re in Singapore and craving a burger that is far from ordinary, paired with innovative sides and desserts, WILD/FIRE should be high on your list to visit.
