Life changing products

• Ouai St Barts Body Cleanser : has an amazing hibiscus + coconut smell that makes me feel like I’m always on vacation

• Amika flash instant shine mask : revives the shine in my hair when it’s looking dull in just a few minutes. Smells delightful.

• tatcha The Rice Wash : a gently exfoliating cleanser that leaves my skin looking absolutely radiant

• tatcha the camellia cleansing oil : helps get rid of eye makeup and leftover makeup

and if you have dry flaky dandruff scalp and have tried everything to no avail , I finally found the perfect products.

Prior to my shower I use

• Act + Acre Cold Pressed Scalp Renewal : refreshes your scalp and leaves it residue /build up free. This is honestly a life changing product for me.

• Nizoral Shampoo: they also have a dandruff shampoo but the psoriasis one works better for me because I have psoriasis. Believe me I have tried it every dandruff shampoo on the market and this is the ONLY one that works.

After shampoo I love to follow with

• Briogeo Scalp Revival : it’s a charcoal + coconut oil exfoliating shampoo that feels refreshing and smells delightful.

Crazy that Nizoral works four scalp psoriasis! It’s the opposite for mine!! I have to use skin soap on my scalp because even tho tar shampoo worked, it made my locks soooo dry and frizzy.

Only use nizoral once or twice a week because it can lead to hair loss if overused!
