I also cut out fast food and a lot of greasy fried food as well. Along with changing my diet, I decided to get an exfoliating brush and gloves for my skin. I only exfoliate once a week on Sunday and do a sheet mask right after. Another key part is making sure you do your night skin care routine, sometimes I would skip it and when I did, it showed because I would wake up and my skin would be dry, and I would have new pimples. Lastly, be consistent. You will not see results without consistency when I first started using these products of course my skin reacted to it, but that was because it wasn’t used to these new products, but eventually my skin started to clear up and now I barely get breakouts unless it’s the time of the month! 😊
