The wrap up of 2025.
I started this year off with not prioritizing myself- I was unhealthy and out of shape.
Now it’s become second nature.
Taking care of my body not just physically, mentally, but also nutritiously. Having made these changes it has had a huge impact on who I am now at the end of this year.
