1》 Choose a Journal- Pick a journal that suits your goals and needs. There are SO MANY different varieties of journals to choose from!

2》 Set a Time- Dedicate a small part of your day to just journal. (nighttime is most convenient for me!)

3》 Start Small- Begin with just a few sentences or bullet points. DON'T think too hard about it!

4》 Be Careless- Don't worry about perfect grammar/spelling, or if you should write that or not. DON'T think too hard about it! It's YOUR life and your journal! Let your mind wander in your writing!

5》 Reflect on Your Day- What were your successes? What didn't go well? Did you learn something? There are INFINITE amount of possible questions and prompts!

6》 Set Intentions- Whenever you write your goals down, be aware of the pure intention behind that goal! Think- "Why?"

✨️Journaling has helped me deal with the challenges that come my way, makes me celebrate my special victories, feel thankful for ALL the privileges I have in my life, and SO MUCH more! Give it a try, and you'll DEFINITELY be shocked at the impact it can have on your life! ✨️
