after a busy day, i love to relax and recharge with a few simple self-care rituals:

1. journaling: writing down a few things i’m grateful for helps me end the day on a positive note. 📔

2. evening walks: a stroll during sunset is perfect for clearing my mind and enjoying nature. 🚶‍♀️

3. music: you’ll never not see me with my headphones but when i’m really stressed, laufey 100%. 🎶

4. skincare: taking care of my skin feels like a little pampering session. i’m tryna get better at this!🧴
