Things I ACTUALLY do as a social media manager

I do A LOT in business, but I love it that way. Not a single day is 100% the same and I love learning new skills. Sometimes it is really hard to say l'm JUST a social mefldia manager because you can see it is so much more than that. (If you have a better title - I'd love to know!

And so you know I started as a Pinterest Manager with ZERO EXPERIENCE and added these skills in the last three years. The great part of being a social media manager is that you can learn as you go. Plus, the more skills you learn, the easier it is to monetize and assist those that need it the most!

In addition to these core functions, a social media manager focuses on graphic design tasks, creating eye-catching eBooks, flyers, and business materials to uphold a brand's image. Research is another crucial area, where the manager digs deep to analyze competitors and identify opportunities for improvement. Also, with the rise of multi-platform marketing, ensuring an omnichannel presence has become paramount. This includes repurposing existing content across various platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest to maximize reach and engagement. Chatbot automation for driving sales is increasingly becoming a favorite too, as it streamlines customer interactions and enhances user experience. For those interested in pursuing this career path, starting with a specific platform, continuously learning, and building a solid portfolio are vital steps towards success in the ever-evolving landscape of social media management.
