Start with a good eyeshadow primer to create a smooth canvas and help your colors really pop and last all day. Then, I highly recommend laying down a white or very light nude eyeshadow base. This step is a game-changer because it allows the vibrant pigments of your rainbow shades to show up true to color, rather than getting lost or looking dull.
