Nutritional Deficiency

So I have a fracture in my left foot on my 3rd metatarsal bone (middle toe) and the podiatrist advised that my bones are weak due to a nutritional deficiency..

Women are more likely to be diagnosed with #osteopenia and #osteoporosis, so they advised me to start taking a “medical food” called EB-S4.

I was never paying $150 for anything after just spending $700 for a medical boot and laser therapy on my, foot so I found more cost efficient vitamins on Amazon for 1/3 the price of the medical food.
