Blockbuster Candle
Previously I made a post about uncrossing candle. Once you burn an uncrossing candle, then you burn a blockbuster candle. As a recommendation, one should wait a week or two for the uncrossing candle to work before using the blockbuster candle.
A Blockbuster candle is a type of spiritual or ritual candle used to break through obstacles, remove blockages, and clear the path for success—especially when traditional methods or other workings haven’t worked. It’s often used in hoodoo, folk magic, and rootwork practices.
🔥 Quick Overview:
• Purpose: To “blow up” spiritual or energetic blockages in your path—whether that’s in love, money, career, or protection.
• Often paired with: Road Opener oils, Van Van oil, uncrossing herbs, or powerful psalms (like Psalm 23 or 94).
🕯️ Different color Blockbuster Candles:
⚪️white: is recommended for a basic cleaning, and removing obstacles.
⚫️black: is used more for protection, or stopping bad luck.
🔴⚫️red and black: is used for if you think someone put these blocks on you.
🕯️ Typical Use:
1. Dress the candle with Blockbuster oil or herbs like cayenne, cinnamon, sulfur, or black pepper.
2. Carve your intention into the wax (name, goal, or phrases like “remove all blockages”).
3. Pray or chant your intention over the candle.
4. Burn safely over several hours or days, depending on the candle’s size.
🕯️ Spiritually, it can:
• Destroy spiritual roadblocks that are holding you back
• Clear crossed conditions, hexes, or lingering negativity
• Blast open new opportunities where none seemed possible
• Unstick stagnant energy, especially when nothing else has worked
• Empower you to move forward with strength, courage, and clarity
🔮 In practice:
Many practitioners see it as a “spiritual dynamite”—used when gentler candles (like Road Opener or Uncrossing) don’t have enough power on their own.
