Key Limes First in the Morning☀️

By the herbalist, medicine man himself Dr. Sebi. If you don’t know who he is, try doing some quick research on the internet. He has much information about the body and what different herbs to use (I have a few of his books).

ANYWAY, this post is all about key limes. I wanted to make this post because after living in the South for almost 2.5 years, my grocery store finally received key limes. I used to be a die-hard key lime + water drinker in the morning.

According to Dr. Sebi, the first 1.5 hours after waking up in the morning is best to drink key lime with hot water. Personally me, I like to do bottled, room temperature water. So the routine would be grab a bottle of Deer Park, Zephyrhills or Mountain water, cut 2 key limes in half, and with the key lime juice pour it into the bottle. For every 8oz of water, use 1 key lime.

Benefits:

✅ stimulates and detoxifies the liver

✅ balance ph levels (ladies)

✅ reduces heartburn

✅ rejuvenates skin

✅ aids weight loss

✅ prevent the grow of mico organisms

✅ reduces inflammation

✅ prevents kidney stones

Now from experience, I have noticed my inflammation has went down, my heartburn/acid reflux subsided and has helped me in the past in losing weight (which is why I wanted to get back on the regimen). ❌This by no means is medical advice, if you’re on medication for these type of problems, I suggest you speak to your medical professional before implementing/changing anything. Been using it for the last 3 days and feel good. Hopefully I will see results in a month
