not perfect, just starting

5/3 Edited to

... Read moreStarting something new can feel daunting because it's natural to want everything to be perfect from the very beginning. However, the reality is that perfection often comes later, through experience and learning. I learned this myself when I began exploring my personal style and creative expression under the theme 'brit mode.' At first, I didn't even fully understand what 'brit mode' meant, but I decided to try it out anyway. It's important to allow yourself the freedom to experiment and make mistakes. This mindset helps reduce the fear of failure and encourages continual progress. By simply entering this new phase without overthinking, you give yourself permission to grow organically. Each small step is a form of self-discovery and builds momentum toward your goals. Moreover, starting imperfectly also opens doors to unexpected opportunities and insights. When you’re not confined by rigid expectations, you can adapt and evolve more naturally. Patience is key; it’s okay not to have all the answers at the start - the journey itself will teach you plenty. If you're feeling unsure about a new venture or a personal change, remember that many successful endeavors began with uncertainty. Embrace the process of 'just starting.' Trust that learning and clarity will follow as you stay engaged and curious. Progress over perfection is not just a cliché, but a practical approach to achieving lasting fulfillment and authenticity in any endeavor you undertake.
