Just started 75 Soft today 💗 and I’m actually so excited for this reset.

Not to shrink myself.

Not to be perfect.

But to feel better in my mind, body, and energy — without burning out.

I’ve been feeling bloated, sluggish, and not fully me lately. And I knew I needed a routine that supports my hormones, motivation, and mood… without the pressure of being extreme.

Here’s what I’m doing for the next 75 days:

✔️ Following a flexible meal plan 🥗

✔️ 1 treat meal a week 🍟

✔️ 3L of water 💧

✔️ 10 pages of reading daily 📖

✔️ 1x 45-minute workout 🏋🏼‍♀️

✔️ Weekly progress pic 📸

✔️ Limited alcohol (only special occasions) 🍸

✔️ No sugary drinks 🚫

✔️ 1 rest day per week 💆🏼‍♀️

This version is soft, sustainable, and actually built for real life.

Not here to chase perfection. Just here to feel GOOD. ✨
