I realize I am not the girly that can do silk presses every two weeks. I noticed a significant amount of damage in my hair over time. It only took me 5 months, from 3/19-7/15/24 to recover from that huge gap and breakage

someone told me to slow down, because you are literally accomplishing the things that you want to.. take your time create a list and complete each thing on your list until you are finished, but do not rush. Do not give you yourself too much to handle. 1. time with daughter 2. career goal 3. ch
