The HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TUESDAY

With 5 mins to only spare I got to meditate on my MIRROR. Great investment!

Admiring my ticket home…my ruby sneakers 😭

Today we celebrated my pops birthday, he turned 64 years old today and to see the joy on his face as all his babies came to see him was priceless!🥳

Lastly, a fun movie date with my bf to see “trap”10/10 I feel like we have to watch the split trilogy and then watch this as a finale because it’s just as unhinged #lemon8diarychallenge #tuesday Love's Travel Stop

2024/8/14 Edited to

Tuesdays can often feel mundane, but they can also be a canvas for cherished memories. This particular Tuesday was special, as we gathered to celebrate my father's 64th birthday. Watching him light up surrounded by family was a reminder of how important these moments are. Family gatherings not only strengthen bonds but also create lasting traditions that are passed down through generations. Additionally, I took a few minutes for self-reflection during my meditation session, highlighting the significance of mental wellness in our daily lives. Practices like meditation can help ground us amidst our busy schedules, fostering a sense of peace and clarity. The day ended with a fun movie date, where we explored the cinematic world of 'trap,' a film that wrapped us in its intriguing narrative. Such outings are essential for keeping our relationships vibrant and entertaining. Whether it’s a spontaneous trip to the movies or a planned family gathering, embracing these little joys makes all the difference in our daily lives.

Comparison sneaks in quietly, especially when we’re already tired or overstimulated and our phones don’t make it easy to avoid. I’ve learned that protecting my peace sometimes means changing how I engage online, not blaming myself for normal human reactions. Your life doesn’t need to look like an
