Snack Combos That Get Me Through WFH Days

Since I work from home, I’ve been trying to be more intentional about what I snack on throughout the day. Instead of constantly grabbing random things, I wanted options that are easy, filling, and actually make sense cost-wise.

I picked all of this up from Aldi for $16.75 total, which made it super affordable to have a few different snack options ready to go for the week.

The protein snack packs (cheese + meat) were $3.75 for a 3-pack, and they’ve been the most convenient when I need something quick that will actually keep me full. The brown sugar turkey bites are my favorite, they have a slight sweetness that makes them really good.

The cheese, raisin, and peanut snack packs were $2.85 for a 3-pack, and I like these when I want something lighter but still balanced.

For fruit, I grabbed bananas for $.16 each, a 3 lb bag of oranges for $2.75, and a 2 lb bag of Honeycrisp apples for $3.45. I’ll usually mix these with one of the snack packs so I’m not just eating something sweet by itself.

Working from home makes it really easy to snack all day, so having things like this already portioned out has been helping me stay a little more mindful without overthinking it.
