Hi friends 🍋

we engage in several actions each minute of our lives, let’s include more of those actions that improve our mental wellbeing and let go of those that ruin our mental health.

💪🏽 Embracing Pace with Walks:

There’s something inherently therapeutic about walking. It’s a simple act, yet it works wonders for clearing the mind and reducing stress. Whether it’s a brisk morning walk or a leisurely evening stroll, the combination of physical activity and fresh air can significantly uplift your mood.

🥤Get your favorite drink

Sometimes when I feel bad, or I overthink so much, I try to stop thinking and just go out and get my fav drink… thats helps for me, can be help for you too.

💖 Do something for you

Another thing that makes me relaxed, when I’m anxious or something like that, is taking a long shower, washing my hair, doing my skin care and putting on that music that makes me happy :)

✨ Accept what you cannot control

That’s so important for you just accept what you cannot control!!!

Sometimes we get so worked up over things we just can’t change. Imagine you’re stuck in traffic, and you’re late for an appointment. You can either spend that time stressing out and getting frustrated, or you can accept that this is out of your hands, and maybe put on some good music or an audiobook.

This small act allows you to retreat into a moment of pleasure, breaking the cycle of negative thoughts. Self-care is another vital aspect. Engaging in activities that soothe and uplift you, like long showers, skincare routines, or enjoying music, can significantly enhance your relaxation and mental health. These rituals are more than just daily tasks; they nurture your mental state and provide a sense of joy and accomplishment. Lastly, acceptance plays a crucial role. Learning to accept the things you cannot control, such as delays while commuting, can free you from unnecessary stress. Instead of fixating on frustrations, focus on the here and now—maybe listen to your favorite podcast or music to transform that waiting time into a peaceful moment.
