This is when an egg is released from the ovary and can be fertilized for conception. Understanding this cycle is not only vital for those trying to conceive but also essential for managing reproductive health. Keeping track of ovulation can help you identify your fertile days, usually about five days before and after ovulation, providing a natural way to plan for pregnancy or avoid it. There are various methods to track ovulation, including calendar tracking, ovulation predictor kits, and monitoring changes in your basal body temperature. Many people also use mobile apps designed to help track these cycles, making it easier to have insights into your reproductive patterns.
