I wouldn’t be sane trying to learn to adult without my daily podcasts. This is line up of pods I would HIGHLY recommend if you’re learning to adult and hustle while trying to take care of yourself mentally and physically.
1. AG University - Love AG and her perspective on the world. This podcast is more for the spiritual girlies. I wouldn’t necessarily categorize myself as one but she gives a great perspective on life and makes you feel good after each episode.
2. 80/20 - Lily is the queen of all things self help and productivity. She’s so kind and is so clear minded to where she explains life in ways no one else can. She’s my fav human ever I’m pretty sure.
3. The Skinny Confidential - Super great in depth conversations on so many relevant topics (health, beauty, sex, business, etc). If you’re constantly trying to learn something new, this is the pod for you.
4. Healthy But Human - Another health and wellness podcast aimed at creating the best image of yourself for yourself. Callie uses scripture to help capture her theme in each episode.

Suddenly, you're expected to juggle career ambitions, financial independence, complicated relationships, and maintain your mental well-being, all while trying to figure out who you even are! For me, podcasts have become an absolute lifeline, transforming daunting challenges into digestible lessons and even moments of pure joy.
When I first started looking for motivational podcasts for young adults, I was overwhelmed. I wanted something that felt relatable, not preachy, and offered genuine advice. That's why I'm so passionate about sharing these recommendations, especially for women in their 20s who are striving for growth and self-care. They're not just background noise; they're like having a wise, supportive friend in your ear, helping you tackle everything from productivity hacks to deeper psychological insights.
One of the biggest game-changers for me has been The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast. It's not just about surface-level topics; Lauryn and Michael dive deep into everything from health and beauty secrets to entrepreneurial strategies and even intimate relationship advice. I've found myself taking notes on so many episodes, feeling empowered to make healthier choices and think smarter about my career. It’s truly a comprehensive guide for modern living, keeping me informed and inspired across so many relevant topics.
Then there's The Psychology of Your 20's, which has been incredibly validating. It’s like peeking behind the curtain of my own brain! Every episode helps me understand why I feel certain ways or react to situations, making the chaos of this decade a little less bewildering. It’s a huge relief to realize that many of my internal struggles are common experiences for others in their 20s, and learning the psychological underpinnings has been key to managing my stress and building self-awareness.
And for those days when I really need a boost in focus or a dose of practical self-help, 80/20 with Lily Rakow has been fantastic. Lily has a way of breaking down complex ideas into actionable steps, making productivity feel less like a chore and more like an exciting journey. Similarly, Healthy But Human with Callie Jardine provides such a refreshing perspective on wellness, reminding me that true health is holistic and achievable. These hosts really resonate with the struggles we face and provide tangible tools to overcome them.
Integrating these podcasts into my daily routine – whether it's during my commute, while I'm doing chores, or even just during a mindful walk – has made a huge difference. They offer a constant stream of motivation, practical advice, and a sense of community that makes the often-tough journey of adulting feel a lot less lonely. If you're looking to elevate your self-care, boost your motivation, and just generally thrive in your twenties, I highly recommend giving these a listen!
