Yayoi Kusama with Famous Polka Dot Pumpkin Works 🎃

Let's share our experiences from Yayoi Kusama's visit to the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) in Melbourne, Australia, to inspire many.

We first got to know Yayoi Kusama's work in 2012 when we first visited Melbourne. We were very young. Our memory was the red room work on the postcard of a famous brand like Louis Vuitton. When we grew up, we saw Kusama's work back and forth in Australia, and there was an exhibition to visit.

In the exhibition, there is a history and various works, including the difficulties of confronting depression before it came out as a famous work, as we see today. Kusama faced the difficulties of hallucinations, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), and so on. From his childhood he focused on art and made a major turning point in life.

Yayoi Kusama has shown us that art is a source of inspiration and impetus for the full creation of your work. Having had the opportunity to read your history and work, Kusama, from childhood to adulthood, realized that every point created on the work, cares about fine patterns and feelings. It is also a model of artists who find the meaning of their creation with their own creativity to succeed and have many famous works for us to see today.

We had the opportunity to visit Yayoi Kusama's work that day was another inspiration that made us want to continue to try and find ourselves and get a heart after graduation. If anyone is facing difficulties right now, don't forget to mind yourself. 💞
