Pcos skin routine! *UPDATED*

Hello my loves!,

I figured it was time to do an updated version of this! since the first one went over so well!. I want to just mention I have no make up on!!! there is a light filter but my skin hasn't felt or looked this good in so long! and if I can help someone out there achieve this me then I feel like I did my job!

1. hydration serum and cleansing primer; I was so iffy on trying these out the first time around but now I can definitely say it's became a staple for me.

2. Nair! ; one of the most effective things I can. suggest along side with hair removal is Nair body cream. I've watched the thickness of the hair and how much I typically grow reduce down so much.

3. Traditional razors and facial razors; I know there's a lot of controversy on using traditional razors. I still use them sometimes I'm in a hurry abd just don't have the time to do my entire routine in the morning so I recommend using them !

4. hair inhibitor!! my favorite is the don't grow there hair inhibitor and moisturizer from completely bare. this stuff has been my Crack for reducing the hair all around a solid 10/10

5. mederma quick dry oil! this stuff is amazing from dark spots, acne scars, stretch marks and so much more not to mention it smells soo good!

these are products I personally use! and the price points dosent break the bank either! I hope these work for you guys! please let me know if you try or use any of these!

Implementing a consistent skin care routine is essential for managing these symptoms effectively. Hydration is key; using a quality hydration serum can alleviate dryness and improve the skin's texture. In addition, incorporating hair removal methods into your routine can help address unwanted hair growth, a common concern for those with PCOS. Options like Nair body cream and traditional razors can make a significant difference, allowing for smoother skin. It's also important to address skin blemishes with products like Mederma Quick Dry Oil, known to help with dark spots and acne scars. This product not only aids in fading blemishes but also improves the overall appearance of the skin. Moreover, don’t forget about hair inhibitors, which help reduce hair regrowth. Products like Completely Bare’s Don't Grow There moisturizer offer a good solution for long-term management. Consistency is crucial; make sure to use these products regularly to see the best results. By tailoring your routine with the right products, you can achieve a healthier, more radiant complexion even while navigating the challenges of PCOS.
