I’ve lost almost 25 pounds since June 9 without meal prep, the gym, or cutting out the foods I actually like. I’m a picky pescatarian. I don’t cook. I hate being hungry. I just walk every day, eat high-protein weird little meals, and try to stay consistent. That’s it. I usually eat around 170
