หลายคนเข้า Google มาหาคำว่า “การแต่งกายไว้ทุกข์” เพราะไม่แน่ใจว่าใส่สีอะไรได้บ้าง ต้องดำเท่านั้นไหม และต้องระวังอะไรเป็นพิเศษ เราเคยงงเหมือนกัน เลยอยากแชร์แนวทางแบบทำตามได้จริง เน้น “สุภาพ ถูกกาลเทศะ” เป็นหลักนะคะ 1) โทนสีที่ปลอดภัยที่สุด - สีดำ: เป็นตัวเลือกมาตรฐานที่สุด ใส่ง่ายและแทบไม่ผิดกาลเทศะ - สีสุภาพ/สีเข้ม: กรมท่า เทาเข้ม น้ำตาลเข้ม (บางโอกาสคนเลือกใช้เมื่อไม่มีชุดดำครบ) ให้เน้นโทนเรียบ ไม่ฉูดฉาด - สีขาว/ครีมแบบสุภาพ: ในบางพิธีหรือบางสถานที่อาจเห็นคนใส่ แต่ถ้าไม่แน่ใจ ให้เลือกดำหรือสีเข้มไว้ก่อน จะเซฟที่สุด 2) เสื้อผ้าควรเป็นทรงไหน แบบไหนควรเลี่ยง - เลือกทรงเรียบร้อย ไม่รัดรูป ไม่บาง ไม่สั้นเกินไป - เลี่ยงลายจัดๆ ลายดอกใหญ่ ลายแฟชั่นเด่นๆ หรือผ้าที่เงาวาวสะท้อนแสงมาก - ถ้าเป็นชุดไทย/ผ้าไทย เลือกโทนสุภาพ ลวดลายไม่เด่นเกิน และยังคงความสำรวม 3) รองเท้า กระเป๋า เข็มขัด - รองเท้า: สีดำหรือสีเข้ม หัวปิดจะสุภาพที่สุด (งดรองเท้าแตะ/สาน/แฟชั่นสีสดในงานพิธี) - กระเป๋า/เข็มขัด: โทนเรียบๆ สีเข้ม โลโก้ไม่ใหญ่ ไม่วิบวับ 4) เครื่องประดับและการแต่งหน้า - เครื่องประดับ: เล็ก เรียบ ไม่ระยิบระยับเกินไป เลี่ยงต่างหูห้อยยาวหรือเพชรวิ้งๆ ถ้าเป็นงานทางการมาก - แต่งหน้า/ทำผม: เน้นสุภาพ โทนธรรมชาติ ลดกลิตเตอร์ ลดสีปากจัดๆ ให้ดูเรียบร้อย 5) ถ้า “ไม่มีชุดดำ” ต้องทำยังไง ส่วนตัวเคยเจอช่วงเร่งด่วน เลยใช้วิธีนี้ค่ะ - ใช้เสื้อเชิ้ต/เสื้อยืดคอกลมสีเข้มที่มีอยู่ + กางเกง/กระโปรงสีเข้มเรียบๆ - หลีกเลี่ยงเสื้อมีข้อความเด่นๆ หรือกราฟิกใหญ่ - เพิ่มความสุภาพด้วยรองเท้าหุ้มส้นสีเข้ม และเสื้อคลุมสีเข้มถ้ามี 6) แต่งกายภายนอก + การไว้ทุกข์จาก “การกระทำ” จากภาพและเนื้อหาเดิมที่พูดถึงการน้อมรำลึกถึง “พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร” และ “สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง” เราว่าหัวใจของการไว้ทุกข์ที่ดีคือความตั้งใจทำความดีต่อเนื่องค่ะ เช่น - ทำหน้าที่ของตัวเองให้ดีที่สุด (ซื่อสัตย์ มีวินัย) - แบ่งปัน/จิตอาสาเล็กๆ ในชุมชน - ใช้ชีวิตแบบพอเพียง ประหยัดน้ำไฟ ลดฟุ่มเฟือย - รักษาความสะอาดพื้นที่สาธารณะ แยกขยะ ดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อม สรุปของเรา: ถ้าเลือก “สีดำหรือสีสุภาพ + ชุดเรียบ + กิริยาสำรวม” มักจะไม่พลาด และยิ่งถ้าเราแปรความอาลัยให้เป็นพลังทำดีเพื่อแผ่นดิน นั่นยิ่งเป็นการไว้ทุกข์ที่งดงามค่ะ
