God's Word Changes Us Scripture is one of the most important aspects of the Christian faith. God has revealed important and beautiful things about Himself through His creation and His Spirit, but one of the primary ways He's chosen to speak to us is through His Word. 2 Timothy 3:16

God look at heart?

Praying Honestly Are you honest with God when you pray? Lots of people struggle with being completely honest with God. Instead, they pick and choose the things they pray about—the things they bring before Him. They hide certain sins and confess others that aren’t as embarrassing. But Scri

Prayer

Is Prayer Your Spare Tire? Corrie ten Boom experienced both fear and hope during World War II. During this terrible time, she discovered that prayer is a conversation with a living God who listens. She once asked: “Is prayer your steering wheel or your spare tire?” Ouch. 😅 When do we need

Facing Trials

It's a common misconception that God promises a perfect life free from troubles. The Bible actually shows Christ-followers facing persecution and difficulties. James, in his letter to first-century believers, tells them about the trials they'll experience: "Blessed is the one who per

If you believe, you will have a place in the Father’s House

Recently over the past months the Spirit of God has been leading in charted territory. While I still have so many questions for the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, He has given assurance that way back when I was poor little boy He was there. God Is With You Have you ever asked God, “Where are you?” Some days it can feel like you’re walking alone through life. It can seem like God is not present or with you. Or maybe it feels like He has deserted you in a difficult time. The nation of Israel experienced many moments like this.

Commit everything to the Lord

It's a delicate balance: faithfully pursuing opportunities God provides, while also trusting Him with what's beyond our control. As Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established." Committing our work to the Lord sounds simple, yet it

Ruth, a young Moabite widow, faced a choice: remain in familiar Moab, where the people did not serve the God Naomi—and we—serve today, or em

Be careful Saints because it ain’t…..

Would You Like to Be Rich? Would you like to have a different life? I once had the opportunity to marry a very wealthy man. I was very much in love with him, and he was in love with me, but unfortunately, one thing was missing: He didn’t love God. ❤️‍🩹 And so, despite everything, I chose n
