✨💛 4 steps. True "J"! ✨ Which prayer? How to leave merit to complete life?

🍋✨ full of merit, full of heart, right? With the past 9-10 days of vegetarianism, 🕊️ many people feel light, comfortable, super bright.

But the most important question is here...

"How to get out?..Let the merit that has been made not disappear? "

"How to make this good energy...Stay with us forever? "

It's not just about returning to meat, it's about completely "closing the job" and "building on" the goodness we've been incubating!

The water teacher summed up 4 simple steps (as pictured here!) to change our "DJ."..To "upgrade" the real life. Let's see! 👇

Step 1: 💛 "Pray" (correctly found)

Before we bring "fishy" to the mouth of the first meal, we have to go "goodbye" to the president of the festival that we have been paying homage to you since the first day.

This is the use of "Faith" to "Thank you" for your protection and "Thank you" if we fail.

Required chants (very important!):

"Namo, Kiu, climb."

(Na-Mo Kiew Ong Tai Tae)

* How-to: Hand (you can light nine incense or just hand), 9 ends or 12 ends.

* When should it be done? It should be done before noon on the day we "out" (if most convenient).

.

Step 2: 🙏 "Pray" (May and bless)

After the prayer of "Namo Kiong" is over...This is the golden moment of consciousness.

* (Use consciousness) Please: "Remember" back to 9 days..."If I have done anything wrong, and have transgressed the body, and the words of the heart, (such as thinking badly, speaking bad words, or speaking contaminated things), I beg you, and give me mercy."

* (Use Faith) Make a wish: Then make a good wish for life. "May your children and family be happy and healthy..."(Pray now)

Step 3: 🌿 "Remember the merit" (dedicate the merit made)

This is the process of "healing" and "forwarding" good energy.

The merit of "not encroaching" these 9 days is immense in power!

* How-to: Think of all the charitable merit we have made...

* Dedicated to who?

* Dedicate to "myself" first. 💖 (Thank you, very good body and mind!)

* Dedicated to the King, the goddess, the master of the way.

* Dedicated to "the ruler of the carpool," especially the animals we may have to return to...(This is the use of wisdom and compassion)

* Dedicated to parents, family and everyone

Step 4: 🧘‍♀️ "Take Mindfulness" (This is the heart of J-Issue!)

Prayer to the monk will have no effect...If we don't do it,

This is a real "out" to make life better!

* Mindfulness with "first meal":

* Our bodies have been clean for 9 days...First meal, don't be so hard! 🤣 Gradually eat (e.g., eat fish first, or stir fried vegetables and rice first) so the body can adjust in time.

* Before eating, chant "Om Mani Pae Mae Hum" (Chant of Mercy) 3-9 to end for "merit" and thank you for that meal.

* Consciousness vs. "verbal":

* Our mouth is "J" (clean) from meat...Don't let our mouth "not J" because of gossip, hurting other people, or lying! (This teacher is very important!)

* Mindfulness vs. "action":

* Maintain this "heart of unrestraining."..Maybe you don't have to go back to eating 100% of your meat, try to concentrate on "reducing" something (such as abstaining from permanent beef) or "increasing" your vegetarian days to 1-2 days a week...Just this, merit is capped endlessly!

This is "J" with real good results! We become better people...Lighten up...And permanently lit up from the inside. ✨
