I prefer to do everything showers because they are convenient, provide increased hygiene, and can have positive effects on my skin and hair health. It is convenient to be able to wash my body, face, and hair all in one place, without the need for multiple showers and multiple products. It also helps ensure that all parts of my body are being cleaned thoroughly, which can result in better hygiene overall. The products used in everything showers are typically milder and more natural than those used in traditional showers, which reduces the risk of irritation and can help me keep my skin and hair healthier!
