I planned on starting 75 soft, or medium, idk last week - and I failed. Didn’t even get through day 1.
I am just not a challenge girly I guess.
I’ve always been consistent with the gym and my workouts, but I ended up taking the whole week off from the gym.
Today I decided it was time to get back to it. I had an AWFUL day. Between personal stuff, and work stuff, it was just a terrible day.
But I went outside, took some deep breaths of the fresh air and felt refreshed. I got my butt to the gym and hit the best workout I’ve hit in a long time!
Long story short, it’s okay to take some time off in your fitness journey. It’s okay to have a bad day. It’s okay to not be able to complete a challenge.
As long as you do your best to just get through each day and do what you can, that’s all that counts
