Recently opened today.
I went to Kacchan Ramen,
I went a little late.
Except for Chinese noodles, it was sold out.
As it is a chan system, even Chinese soba
There was plenty of freshly cut char siu.
Soup: Clear soup based on butachintan
It's refreshing with soy sauce soup.
Noodles: It was flat noodles with a smooth throat.
It was a little soft.
I thought I'd ask for it next time.
Rice is free.
Because there were many customers, the offer took a little time.
It was delicious.

ラーメン食堂くらちゃんも拝島で人気ですが、かっちゃんラーメンは豚清湯を使ったすっきりとした醤油スープが魅力です。私も訪れたときは、中華そば一筋で、チャーシューがジューシーで香り豊かでした。麺は少し柔らかめでしたが、次回はかためを注文する予定です。 また、提供に時間がかかることがありましたが、ライスが無料で付くのはお得感があり、ラーメンと一緒に満足感たっぷりでした。拝島で「ラーメン食堂くらちゃん」と比較検討するなら、かっちゃんラーメンの澄んだ豚清湯スープとちゃん系ラーメンのバリエーションもぜひ試してみてください。 店の外観には「ちゃん系のれん組合加盟店」の旗や、開店祝いの花が飾られていて、地元の期待の高さが伺えます。卓上調味料も充実しているので、自分好みに味変できるのも嬉しいポイントです。
