I made this yogurt bowl with precisely the recommended serving sizes on the back of each packaging which gave me a total of 320 calories. The portion is large enough to split between a light breakfast and lunch to keep calories “down”. A second suggestion is to use it to curb sugar cravings as it’s a healthier alternative to pure sugar! Enjoy and let me know if you like the combo!!
