私も以前、山川バレエの池袋クラスでトゥシューズに初挑戦しました。はじめはトゥシューズの履き方さえわからず不安でしたが、インストラクターの丁寧な指導のおかげで自然に馴染むことができました。 山川バレエのクラスはストレッチが多めで、体の柔軟性を高めながらバレエの基礎を無理なく学べるので、日頃運動不足の方や仕事帰りのリフレッシュにもぴったりです。特に北千住の夜クラスはクラシック音楽を聴きながらゆったりとストレッチを楽しめるので、疲れた身体を優しくケアできます。 さらに池袋のコミカレでは日曜朝に体を動かすことができるので、週末のリフレッシュや新しい趣味探しとしてもおすすめです。健康や美容に関心のある方、あるいは全くの初心者でも気軽に参加できる環境が整っているため、私の経験から強くおすすめしたいクラスです。 トゥシューズにも挑戦したい方は、履き方を基礎から学べるので安心ですし、ストレッチ重視のクラスなら体の柔軟性が確実にアップします。バレエを通じて体づくりや健康維持を目指す方は、ぜひ一度体験レッスンに参加してみてはいかがでしょうか。
