Walking above the crocodile river!?

Rainforest Wild Asia

Filled with normal platform walks and forest treks

You can choose the walkway and pathway that you want to walk. Bright markings are made on the floor, so you will be clear of where to walk.

It takes about 3-4 hours to clear the entire park.

I had a fun walk by walking all the forest treks (maybe should spray some insect repellent if you are walking the treks) & took the M2 shuttle bus (it’s free!) to Mandai resort area where they have the food gallery (with food republic, sushiro & many other restaurants)

Rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: what a fun day 🎉✨☺️🤭

Rainforest Wild ASIA

... Read moreDuring my visit to Rainforest Wild Asia, I found the combination of platform walks and forest treks to be incredibly refreshing and immersive. The designated walkways are clearly marked with bright floor indicators, which helped me navigate confidently without straying into restricted areas. The forest treks offered a more adventurous experience through lush greenery, but I’d definitely recommend applying insect repellent beforehand, as the local insects can be quite persistent. One great convenience was the free M2 shuttle bus that connects the park to Mandai Resort. After finishing the treks, hopping on this shuttle gave me a comfortable break and easy access to a variety of food choices, including Food Republic and Sushiro. It’s an excellent way to recharge after several hours of walking. The park’s layout made it manageable to explore the entire area within 3 to 4 hours, which is perfect for those looking for a half-day nature escape without feeling rushed. Additionally, facilities like multi-faith rooms, water refill stations, and nursing rooms contribute to a visitor-friendly environment, making it suitable for families and solo travelers alike. Overall, the experience felt well-organized and safe, even with the potential presence of wildlife like crocodiles in certain sections near water bodies, although actual walking above the crocodile river is managed with strict safety guidelines. For anyone interested in combining casual hiking with wildlife observation and convenient food options, Rainforest Wild Asia is a rewarding destination worth considering.

For the wall you keep walking past and keep meaning to do something with
Every wall in your home is an opportunity for you to create a feeling. That corner you keep walking past, the one you keep meaning to “do something with” one day. This is the something. Waymaker III is textured by hand with a palette knife, so the light catches it differently through the day.
