Intern Review at 7-11 (PIM Student Edition)

Having said that, we're not essentially practicing 7-11.

But if you study PIM, no matter which faculty, you have to practice seven terms (three months). 💪🏻✨

We interned in March to May 🌈🌦️ during Songkran. 🤗

📃 Which branch will we get? There will be an orientation period, a meeting-calling mood, and then give out shirts, employee cards and pink plates. Most of them will let us go to the branch near 🛵 (cannot choose a store)

The day we first went down the store, we had to go with a pink plate 🩷 to report to the commander by the date written on the plate.

1. What are you doing on the first day?

- Go to the commander first, because the commander will tell us what we need to do, but most of the time, the new boy comes on the first day, he will give FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or take the product with a faster expiration date to the front of the 🛒. If done, he will add a little something to do like this for 3-4 days.

2. Duty in the store afterwards?

- Of course, 7-11 Delivery 🚚 is sent, so the commander let us do the job of arranging the delivery order. 🏃🏼‍♀️ A lot of orders. If you run out of goods, you have to call the customer first. If the customer does not want to delete it, you can delete it. But if the customer does not accept the order at all, we have to give the assistant or commander the code to cancel it. ✨🤏🏻

And then he would let us stand in the cashier to learn what each button was, and then we stood in a long cashier, where our store had a lot of customers, so we accepted customers all day. If any store had a lot of customers, there would be two cashiers.

Position of cashier

• C1 is essentially a charge, top up the goods inside the counter, and there will be the most money. If other cashiers want to exchange money, C1 only has to pick it up, because if the money is not complete, they have to pay themselves. 🥹

• C2 is the second cashier to charge and make drinks. All Cafe

• C3 is the third cashier for peak time. Many customers do not charge to call the inner person to help charge money. (But actually, there must be a regular person, because the device must sign. If the name is signed and the end of the day is counted, the person who signed must pay)

There are other functions, such as receiving DC (green crate), receiving milk or fresh items, washing the water machine, sweeping the store, rubbing the store, scoop the trap pond, making paperwork, and so on.

3. What time is the job? How many people?

- Since 7-11 is open 24 hours, there must be three shifts. This is up to the shop as to what time and how many people they arrange for each turn.

If you remember correctly, the entire store staff will probably have 14-16 people.

1. Morning relay 06: 00-15: 00

Two people, one commander, one employee.

2. Afternoon relay 13: 00-22: 00

Four people, two assistants, two employees.

(Sometimes 5 people, depending on the day)

3. Late night relay 22: 00-07: 00

Two people, one assistant, one employee.

The most exhausting relay, we think, is the afternoon relay, because when we enter the event, if we stand the cashier, we have to wait until the late night relay comes, which has to wait for the late night relay assistant to count all the cashier's money first, and then everyone watches the time of the afternoon relay after work and late night relay.

But most of them are always like this. Well, we have OT, not Ofree. 😙

4. Is the system difficult to work?

- Actually, it's not difficult. If you only charge 😆, each button has a letter, but on the screen it will be separated for customers who want to pay for the electricity, pay for car annuities, press cards, etc. This is really hard because it's a lot. If you do it often, you will remember it yourself. 💝

But there are a lot of jobs to do because people don't have enough and they work alone in a lot of positions.

Sometimes you have to make an order, you have to pay, or sometimes you have to top up, you have to make an order.

5. Job scheduling. Holiday schedule?

- Seven is famous for working 6 stops 1. Even bilateral children like us do not leave 😩. Some days do 11 stops 2. Because there will be a public holiday too. If you do not want to do it, please stop the day. But have to look at the shop again if people are enough 🫠. But if you want money, come to work. (The day we work may be a long haul) I can say that the schedule is not very exact.

6. Can I have more leave?

- Actually, if there's business, I can stop, but I have to tell you a week in advance, because the commander schedules week in and week out.

7. How much money? What kind of payment?

- For seven, it will account for 34-36 baht per hour (if you remember correctly). OT is also x1.5, public is 3, force x3.

Ex. 8-hour public day, usually 34 * 8 = 272, which is 3 times 3, so 272 * 3 = 816.

If an intern earns very little money, 😭 live to do overtime and public days, so we have exceeded 10,000 + +.

But if you send Delivery, you will receive a separate delivery fee. If you remember correctly, you can choose from three.

Will get a salary slip every day at 9. The salary will be issued every day at 10.

If we go to a new job, wait another two months, the salary will be suspended. Very discouraged. 🫠

9. How are you at the store?

- It depends on the store a lot. If we are okay, it is not very bad. But it is not very good to work on time. Not very responsible. (Late at 10: 00 pm, sometimes at 5: 00 pm, we have to wait until he comes) At the store there will be a bit of a party-dividing Phil. The assistant sometimes has a very kind temper. Bad temper will be terrible that day.
