This app is a one time purchase and is very easy to use and makes tracking my moods while living with C-PTSD so easy. It helps me monitor how I get in different moods depending on what I did that day, week or month. Since using it I have a more in depth report for my therapist which very helpful. Plus you get really nice quotes every day. So if you’re still figuring out what your triggers or even just your social limits or you already know this app has helped me monitor and keep track of them better.

I’ve been setting more time restrictions with mine and it has been helping a lot. With me knowing more about my limits it has helped me better navigate how to maintain healthier relationships.
