Target Meal Ideas under $15

Prices based on my current local Target in western PA

All meals are priced with gluten-free items - meals will work with regular items also making total prices lower

I don't count basic essentials like eggs, milk, and spices towards total price.

Cajun Pasta - boil water and cook pasta according to package directions (whole box for 4 servings). slice sausage and brown, season with cajun. drain pasta and save some pasta water. Add pasta and alfredo sauce to sausage. add desired amount of pasta water to thin (about 1/2 cup) and season with garlic powder and additional cajun seasoning. microwave broccoli and serve with pasta or add to pasta.

Pork and vegs - preheat oven to 350. microwave veggies according to package directions. cut pork tenderloin into cubes. add pork pieces and veggies to a sheet pan and bake 350 to 25-30 minutes. (you don't have to cut tenderloin up - it cooks quicker that way)

Dumping stir fry - microwave veggies. add oil and 1/3 cup water to skillet, add dumplings (to spice it up, add red pepper flakes if desired). cover and cook for 8 minutes on low. when done, add veggies and dumpling sauce to pan with dumplings. if desired, serve with additional coconut aminos/tamari or soy sauce.
