Our CANCUN Trip Recap ~ How Much did we SPEND?

Recently, I joined this app. I’ve been wanting to share with you all about my trip to Cancun last summer. Despite the fatigue of traveling with children, we truly enjoyed it.

Drawing from my experience working in the tourism industry, to help you avoid spending thousands of dollars with your family, I recommend making your reservations between July and September, whether it’s in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, or any other country offering all-inclusive resorts.

BTW , the app that I used was Expedia.

Our Cancun trip last summer was filled with memorable experiences and valuable lessons on saving while traveling with kids. We stayed at the Bahia Principe Grand Coba, an all-inclusive resort perfect for families, complete with a fantastic waterpark for children rated 10/10 in fun. This resort was part of our vacation package that cost $1,266.91 for hotel and flights, with added expenses for taxes, trip protection, and airport transportation bringing our total to around $2,183.43. To optimize costs, consider booking flights and all-inclusive accommodations during the shoulder season (July to September) to enjoy substantial savings. For smoother travel, we highly recommend hiring transportation through your resort. We chose the Bahia Principe's transportation service upon our arrival at Cancun airport, which charged $200 for round-trip service. The organization was excellent, ensuring we traveled safely and on time, a crucial aspect when traveling with children. Our entire experience reaffirmed my belief in the importance of planning ahead and researching family-friendly options. If you're planning a trip to Cancun, I suggest researching various all-inclusive resorts in advance and comparing prices to find the best deals. Don't forget to check out travel apps like Expedia for package deals that include flights and accommodations for added savings!
