How to calm down anxious thoughts
I’ve always dealt with anxious thoughts, and I know it’s something a lot of people struggle with. One thing that’s helped me is challenging my own thoughts and reminding myself that anxiety can make things seem much worse than they really are. A lot of the time, these thoughts don’t have much truth behind them and never end up happening.🌷
