Sticking to a consistent sleep schedule is another game changer. Going to bed and waking up at the same time daily helps regulate your internal clock, making it easier to fall asleep naturally. Also, be mindful of your bedroom environment: a cool, dark, and quiet room can promote better sleep. I personally use blackout curtains and a white noise machine to block distractions. If you’re still struggling, consider limiting caffeine intake in the afternoon and avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. Some people find a warm bath or calming herbal tea helpful as part of their nighttime ritual too. Remember, small adjustments can make a big difference — finding what works for you is key to peaceful, restful sleep.
